1. Fast Walking for 30 minutes for 5 days a week
2. Any game that need attention chess, video game
3. avoid poison smoking
4. stay social with friends, neighbors, volunteer social activities
5. having a purpose for life, to do something for country
6. relax, go to spa, meditate, stretch pressure on brain, multiple boss
7. to partner with doctor, who understand physical, mental, nutrition
8. to protect your head, head injury can cause brain memory loss, seat belt, never text when driving, no drink driving
9. the Mediterranean diet fruits, vegetables, fish,
10. Positive look to the matters, stop negative thought because brain cant recognize true or false.
